From the Agency Dashboard navigate to the Stops page located to the left of your screen.
This will bring you to a complete inventory of stops in your system. From there, click on Show Map.
Within the map view, navigate to the new stop location and right click or control-click on the map to create a new stop. Alternatively, if you have coordinates on hand, click anywhere on the map and this will bring up a new screen where you can enter information about the new stop including the mandatory fields: Location Name, Latitude, and longitude. The coordinates fields can be adjusted manually or by dragging the new stop to a new location in the map view.
Other fields can be entered here as well including an internal agency stop code, a URL specific to the stop, station/zone/direction designations, as well as general comments and descriptions of the stop. Once you have entered the desired information, click Save and the new stop will be added to your system.
